CUSTOM CDs
Lifestyle Mind-Programming
The script is like a TV show
of the life you want to live.
NOTE: This very special offering is usually part of a multi-week phone counseling program or a Custom CD by Dick Sutphen.
The most powerful programming we can offer to assist you in manifesting positive changes in your life. The first step is to KNOW WHAT YOU
WANT with no indecisiveness whatsoever. And the next step is to GENERATE FEELINGS that go along with your desires. Then you open to ALLOW the lifestyle to manifest.
The process is described in more detail in the following example, but basically the process begins with you writing Dick at sutphenseminars@hotmail.com and tell him you’d like
a Custom CD created. If you desire this “Lifestyle” offering, tell him briefly what you are doing and how you are living now. Then tell him about the lifestyle you desire. He or Karen Bell
will get back to you and set a day and time for a 30-minute consultation. You pay the fee through PayPal or by calling the office at 818-706-0961.
Then Dick will write the script (the following is a good example). He will e-mail it to you. You can make changes, but you can’t inject all sorts of new ideas. You should have the
content worked out ahead of time. Dick will make the changes and send you the revised script. Once you approve the final script and pick the kind of background sound you want on the
CD, he will record it. The program will be edited, mixed and mailed to you.
Background sound choices that will hypnotize you include: “Hypnotic OM,” “The Zapper,” “Theta-Level Mind Converter,” or “Hypnotic Astral Journey.” If you would prefer
a standard count-down induction, you could also choose to use the “Eternal OM.,” “Crystal Cave,” or “Astral Massage.”
Standard Custom CDs are $250, but this Lifestyle program takes approximately two more hours with the phone consultation and more extensive creative writing. So the price for a custom
“Lifestyle Mind-Programming CD” is $395.

LIFESTYLE CASE-HISTORY SCRIPT: JAMES
The following script was created with my client for a custom CD and is shared with his permission. To begin the process, James first sent me an email explaining how he was living now
and the lifestyle he wanted to create. Next, we had a 30-minute phone conference in which I asked questions and gathered more information, right down to the music he most enjoyed,
which I could then integrate into his imagined, idealized day. Then I wrote the script. James read the script and made some minor changes. I recorded the script in my office studio, my
staff edited it and mixed our hypnotic Zapper as the background sound. We mailed the finished CD to James and he listens to it every day, vividly imagining each scene and
capturing the sensory input and feelings generated by the words.
James is in his early fifties and has been divorced four years. He has been dating occasionally, but has not found the “one.”
Although he lives in a nice apartment, he works extremely long hours to make a living as a prop master on film sets. He knows what he WANTS and what he DOESN’T WANT. He doesn’t
want to work eighteen-hour days and he doesn’t want another woman who insists on living beyond their means and pushes him to take extra work to maintain their lifestyle. He desires to
find a loving female partner and to switch careers into the writing side of the TV and movie business.
JAMES SCRIPT
(30 Seconds of Zapper lead-in)
You have the power and ability to create your own reality, James. You do. The first step is to know what you want with
no indecisiveness whatsoever. And the next step is to generate the feelings that go along with your desires. You then open to allow the lifestyle to manifest into your experience.
The process of creating new experiences is propelled and maintained by feelings. You need to vibrate your energy in alignment with your desires. You do this by visualizing in vivid
detail the life you desire to live, and by feeling the emotions resulting from living this life. So in just a moment, I’m going to begin describing your new life, exactly as you desire it to be:
So imagine now ... you’re waking up in a house you love. Experience awakening ... opening your eyes to see the sun coming through the curtains in your bedroom. No need for an
alarm clock, you awaken on your own, and you look over at your beautiful wife sleeping peacefully beside you. You perceive the scent of her perfume as you quietly sit up, taking
care not to awaken her. Capture these images, emotions and sensory perceptions.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
And you slip on a bathrobe and make your way downstairs to the kitchen. Queenie is wagging her tail by the back door, so
you reach down and rub her head before letting her out into the fenced backyard. The yard is beautifully landscaped -- something you and your wife have worked on together. Palm
trees line the wall beyond the swimming pool. An avocado tree is large enough to shadow the patio. For a moment, your attention focuses upon preparing the coffee. While it drips
through, you watch Queenie barking at a squirrel racing along the top of the wall fencing the yard. The aroma of freshly brewing coffee fills the room. You feel a sense of well-being. Capture the sensory input.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
Your wife joins you in the kitchen. She’s wearing the bathrobe you gave her at Christmas. She yawns and brushes her fingers
through her hair, before crossing the room to kiss you “good morning.” You pour her a cup of coffee. “Right back,” you say, going out the back door and circling around to the front driveway where the Los Angeles Times has been delivered.
The front-yard lawn sprinklers have just shut off and moisture fills the air. The scent of orange blossoms is all pervasive.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
You join your wife and Queenie on the backyard patio. Sitting in your lounger, you take the “Calendar” section from the
newspaper and hand the rest of the paper to your wife. Since you make your living creating TV and movie concepts and writing scripts, you always focus first upon what is happening
in your industry. This is your favorite part of the day, sitting with your wife, sipping coffee and reading the paper before starting your work day.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
And you’re perceiving your own reality, James. This is your life, and these suggestions are being communicated to every
level of your body and mind ... and they’re being accepted on every level of your body and mind. You live a happy life with a wife you love and who loves you. You are challenged by a
satisfying and lucrative career as a successful freelance writer. Life is good. You enjoy your friends and family and all the opportunities Los Angeles offers. / / / / / / / /
Your morning begins with a 30-minute exercise workout, followed by 15 minutes of yoga. After a shower, you spend the rest of the morning writing in your second-floor office.
You’re dressed in jeans and a T-shirt. Look around the room. Framed photos line two walls -- pictures of you with famous actors, producers and directors. On another wall are pics of
your wife and family. Some are memories of the exciting places you’ve traveled together. On a large bulletin board are index cards upon which you’re tracking a script in process. A
TV writing award sits on your desk. When you look beyond your computer, out the shuttered windows, you are overlooking the swimming pool. The water sparkles and palm fronds sway in the gentle breeze.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
You make several phone calls, before diving into a script that’s nearly finished. The morning flies by and when you look at the
clock, it’s nearly noon. As usual, you have disappeared into your work. Your wife is at her office in town. You fix yourself a sandwich and eat it on the patio while looking through e-mail
on your laptop. This completed, you get ready for an afternoon meeting at a nearby film studio.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
Climbing behind the wheel of your Shelby Cobra, you enjoy the deep rumble of the powerful engine as you back out of the garage and into the street. The drive to the studio takes you
down palm-tree lined streets and into Hollywood. There is no hurry. As you drive, you think about the presentation you’ll be making, and by the time you reach the studio gates, you feel
confident that you’re fully prepared.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
Returning home, Queenie hears your car pulling into the garage and barks a welcome. Your wife is already home and she welcomes you with a kiss and you hug her tightly and reach
down to squeeze her butt. “Mmmmm,” she replies. She asks you how the presentation went, and you tell how well it was received. You ask her about her day and you pour glasses of
wine. You both sit at the kitchen table sipping the wine, talking and enjoying the bright orange rays of the setting sun tossing long shadows across the room. Dinner simmers on the stove,
and your mouth waters at the savory aroma. In the background, Mick Jagger is singing “Satisfaction.”
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
The evening is spent together watching a movie on the large-screen plasma TV above the fireplace. Afterwards, you and your wife discuss the film. When it’s time to go to bed,
you cuddle into each other. You begin to play with her hair and stroke her face. Kisses follow. At first, playful ... then impassioned. Soon you are making love; tender, gentle and
soon intense and passionate. Moonlight streaks through the bedroom skylight silhouetting your wife who is now above you, momentarily taking control as you let go and absorb the experience.
(30 seconds to visualize, feel emotions and perceive sensory input.)
And this is your life and your lifestyle, James. You now open to allow this life to manifest. The suggestions have been
communicated to every level of your body and mind ... and they’ve being accepted on every level of your body and mind. You live a happy life with a loving wife. You are challenged by
a satisfying and lucrative career as a successful freelance writer. Life is good. / / / / / / / /
(Count up and “Awakening” goes here.)
